The room with a balcony was cozy and larger than most hotels in the area.

Hotel was situated right by tourist destinations like Ostroda Castle. The room had its own big balcony.

Clean venue and amicable and good employees. Quiet and huge rooms with a balcony, and good restaurant. A great selection of nice options for meal. A well-designed and lovely hotel, my first choice in Ostroda.

The beds were comfy. The rooms were huge with a balcony. Everything was brand-new. The staff was affable and good when needed. The accommodation had a central setting very close to the lake.

The hotel is excellent in terms of its facilities. The close integration with an aquapark (included in the price is unlimited use) gives very good opportunity to relax and use spa facilities. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of cooked ingredients. The quality of food at breakfast was very good. The price, considering the quality, was very reasonable.

A bit slow and breaking internet (wi-fi) connection, but that was not important during a relaxing weekend stay.

The room was spacious and new with a balcony, and the hotel was conveniently located near the main promenade and Pub Atlanta was just a short walk away. Rewritten: the room was large and new, with a balcony, and the hotel was close to the main promenade, with Pub Atlanta being just a short 500 meters away.

Excelent hotel, excelent personal, excelent food - would like to recommend for everyone! Aquapark is included in staying price!!!

The personnel was amiable. the hotel had a quiet feeling. Our accommodation was set in a central location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, and I received a warm welcome at the reception. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. I also loved the fact that there was a balcony where I could relax. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the shower was great. I had no issues with the Wi-Fi signal, and there was a big parking area available near the hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a few minutes' walk from the lake shore and close to a shopping mall. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I enjoyed starting my day with a variety of tasty options.

This place is clean with helpful staff, an exceptionally nice location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, well-designed and elegant, with no complaints - highly recommended.
